Using Plugin in the Divine theme

Event plugin

To create a New Event, follow the steps:

  • Step 1: Go to Event » Tags: Creating new tags
  • Step 2: Go to Event » Add New: Enter title, content of event.
  • Step 3: In Options, enter Location of Event, select or enter time to start and finish for the event
  • Step 4: Add Event tags then click on Publish button.

You can see the following image.

You can also see events created in “All Event”

Portfolios Plugin

To create Portfolio plugin, do the following steps:

  • Step 1: Go to Portfolio » Tags: Creating new tags.
  • Step 2: Go to Portfolio » Add New: Enter title, content of Portfolio.
  • Step 3: Set featured image for portfolio.
  • Step 4: Add Portfolio tags then click on Publish button.

The following image illustrates for above steps:

You can see all Portfolios you have created in” All Portfolios”

Slides Plugin

To create Slider plugin, do the following steps:

  • Step 1: Go to Slides » Tags: Create new tags.
  • Step 2: Go to Slides » Add New: Enter title, excerpt for Slides
  • Step 3: In Options, You can add link for slides and their displaying order.
  • Step 4: Set featured image for Slide.
  • Step 5: Add Slide tags then click on Publish button.

It will be shown as the following image:

You can see all Slides created in All Slides

Service plugin

To create Service plugin, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Go to Services » Tags: Create new tags.
  • Step 2: Go to Service » Add New: Enter title, excerpt for Service.
  • Step 3:In Options, you can add link for slides and their displaying order.
  • Step 4: Set featured image for Service
  • Step 5: Add Slide tags then click on Publish button.

You can see the illustration bellow:

After clicking to “select icon for service”, the list of icon picker will be displayed on the screen,select the icon you want.

Staffs plugin

To create Staff plugin, do the following steps:

  • Step 1: Go to Staff » Tags: Create new tags.
  • Step 1: Go to Staff » Add New: Enter title your staff, staff’s info, staff’s position, website(if necessary ).
  • Step 2: Set featured image for staff.
  • Step 3: Click on Publish button.

Testimonials plugin

To create Testimonials plugin, do the following steps:

  • Step 1: Go to Testimonials » Tags: Create new tags
  • Step 1: Go to Testimonials » Add New: Enter title (or name), job, message, link URL.
  • Step 2: Set featured image for Testimonials.
  • Step 3: Add Testimonials tags then click Publish.

WooCommerce plugin

Setting WooCommerce

Woocommerce is a WordPress E-Commerce plugin. It offers the features that are necessary for the purpose of setting up an E-Commerce web store. Once you have successfully installed Divine theme, you will be notified to activate WooCommerce plugin, which is included as a part of the theme. You need to activate the plugin and complete the setting up process. Follow the below steps for a quick and free setup. Click Woocommerce » Settings.

  • General Settings: Enter your company details here
  • Product: Allows you to select a weight unit, i.e., kilograms or pounds and change inventory options if you want.
  • Tax: Enter the tax rate, country and the tax percentage to setup.
  • Checkout: This option lets you choose the coupon values. For bank transfer, fill out bank info. For PayPal, fill out your PayPal info..
  • Shipping: Enter the various shipping charges applicable for your products.
  • Accounts: Enable registration on the “Checkout” page, “my account” page…
  • Emails: Enter your company details here.

Using shop page in Divine

  • Creating new categories: Product » Categories
  • Adding some new Products: On the WordPress dashboard Click on Products » Add Product. Enter the title of the product, content, select product categories, excerpt and click Save.

  • In Product Data, select Product type
  • In General Tab, you can select pages where this product will be displayed. Checking on the Featured box to Enable this option to feature this product will make this a featured product.
  • Enter the Regular Price and Sale Price.
  • To disable default WooCommerce style sheets, go to WooCommerce » Settings » General » Check Disable front-end styles box
  • In Inventory Tab, you can manage stock details. If you check ‘Manage Stock’ box, it will display the stock quantity box. Enter the stock quantity. You can also choose the backorders attribute.
  • In Shipping: You can add weight, demension, shipping class as you want.
  • In Linked Product: You can search for a product up-sells, cross-sells.
  • In Attributes: You can add extra attributes as you choose.
  • In Advanced Tab, you can add information about purchase note, menu order in the boxes. The Advanced tab allows you to personalize the information. Check “Enable review” to view your personal information as you want it to appear on the product in the frontend..
